1. Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided:

• The rug is unused and in original condition

• Original packaging and tags are intact

• Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Discounted items

• Rugs damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Price differences must be paid by the customer or refunded accordingly.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
