Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return:

  • Carpet must be unused, uncut, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order carpets.

  • Carpets that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
